1. About Skore
Skore is a web-based client portal service for solo consultants, freelancers, and small independent businesses. By creating an account or using Skore, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account and billing information.
3. Client Portals
You are responsible for the clients, files, messages, invoices, and other content you add to Skore. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process that content.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Skore for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, portals, systems, or data without authorization.
- Upload malware or content intended to disrupt the service.
- Interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of Skore.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Skore may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel according to the billing controls available in the application. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-Party Services
Skore integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for payments and email providers for notifications. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
7. Privacy
Your use of Skore is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and Changes
Skore is provided on an as-available basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves.
9. Termination
You may stop using Skore at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates risk, or causes harm to the service or other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
